Can I use Arizona ESA funds to pay?
Yes! STEAMESA FlexCredits is approved under Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program. You can use ESA funds directly.

Do I need to submit anything to ClassWallet?
Yes. Upon purchase, we provide you with an invoice and itemized receipt that you can upload to ClassWallet for reimbursement (or direct pay).

Can I pay out of pocket if I’m not using ESA funds?
Absolutely. We accept all major credit cards, and you’ll still get full access to the dashboard and all features.

To participate in STEAMESA FlexCredits tutoring sessions, students will need the following:

Required Devices:

• A desktop computer, laptop, or Chromebook is recommended for best functionality.

• A tablet (like an iPad) is acceptable but must support Zoom and Calendly.

Stable Internet Connection:

• A minimum of 5 Mbps download speed is recommended.

• Wi-Fi is fine, but a wired connection is even better for video stability.

Required Software/Tools:

• Google Meet (Free Download): This is how your student will join tutoring sessions. Download Meet

• Google Calendar (No Download Needed): Scheduling is done through an easy online calendar. A Calendar link will be provided in your dashboard after purchasing your Plan.

Other Helpful Items:

• Headphones with a microphone (especially in shared spaces)

• A notebook and pencil for taking notes during sessions
